Game Service Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of games and related services provided by Cozycat Inc. (“Cozycat”, “we”, “us”), including mobile games, applications, and related content (collectively, the “Services”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services.
If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Services with the consent of your parent or legal guardian.
You represent that:
You are using the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes
You are legally permitted to use the Services under applicable law
2. License and Restrictions
2.1 License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Services for personal entertainment purposes only.
2.2 Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law
Use cheats, bots, automation tools, or exploits
Use the Services to create or support competing products
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.
3. Ownership
The Services and all related content, including graphics, artwork, software, game mechanics, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Cozycat Inc. The Services are licensed, not sold.
4. Accounts and Data
The Services may support guest (anonymous) accounts and/or third-party sign-in (such as Apple or Google).
Some features may require account creation or third-party sign-in.
Guest accounts may be tied to the device and may be lost if the app is deleted, data is reset, or the device is changed.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and all activity occurring under their account.
4.1 Data Storage and Persistence
- Data storage methods may vary depending on the specific game.
- In most of our games, including Hidden Friends, Color Town, and Merge Pocket, game data is stored locally on the device and will be permanently deleted when the app is uninstalled.
- Except for the game “Amazing Grow,” game data will not be recoverable after app deletion. (For “Amazing Grow,” data may be preserved only if the user explicitly enables the data saving feature through the in-game settings.)
- Cozycat Inc. does not guarantee data recovery unless the game explicitly supports and has enabled account-based or cloud saving.
4.2 Account Deletion
If an in-app account deletion option is available, users may delete their account directly through the app.
If no in-app deletion option is provided, users may request account deletion by contacting customer support at [email protected].
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Upon deletion, game progress, virtual items, and related data may be permanently removed.
Certain data may be retained only where required by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. User Content
If the Services allow you to submit content (“User Content”):
You are solely responsible for your User Content
You must not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful content
You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use User Content solely for operating and improving the Services
We may remove User Content at our discretion.
6. Ads and Third-Party Services
The Services may display:
Banner ads
Interstitial ads
Rewarded video ads
The Services may also integrate third-party tools or services.
We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
7. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items
The Services may include optional purchases of virtual items or subscriptions.
Key points:
Virtual items are licensed, not owned
Virtual items have no real-world value
Purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by law
Prices and availability may change
All payments are processed by the applicable app store (Apple / Google) and subject to their terms.
8. Updates and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
-You violate these Terms
-Required by law
-The Services are discontinued
Upon termination:
Your license ends immediately
Game progress and virtual items may be lost and not recoverable
10. Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
We make no warranties that:
The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
The Services will meet your expectations
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the past 12 months
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cozycat Inc. from claims arising from:

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.

서비스를 복제, 수정, 배포, 판매, 임대, 상업적으로 이용하는 행위
역공학, 디컴파일 또는 소스코드 추출 시도(법률이 허용하는 경우 제외)
치트, 봇, 자동화 도구, 취약점 악용
경쟁 제품 또는 서비스 개발·지원 목적의 이용
본 약관에서 명시적으로 부여되지 않은 모든 권리는 당사에 귀속됩니다.
3. 소유권
서비스 및 관련된 모든 콘텐츠(그래픽, 아트워크, 소프트웨어, 게임 메커니즘, 상표 등)는
주식회사 코지캣에 의해 소유되거나 라이선스된 자산입니다.
서비스는 판매되는 것이 아니라 라이선스 형태로 제공됩니다.
4. 계정 및 데이터
서비스는 익명(게스트) 계정 또는 제3자 로그인(Apple, Google 등)을 지원할 수 있습니다.
일부 기능은 계정 생성 또는 제3자 로그인이 필요할 수 있습니다.
익명 계정은 기기에 종속될 수 있으며, 앱 삭제, 데이터 초기화, 기기 변경 시 데이터가 손실될 수 있습니다.
사용자는 계정 보안 및 계정 하에서 발생하는 모든 활동에 대한 책임을 집니다.
4.1 데이터 저장 및 보존
데이터 저장 방식은 게임별로 다를 수 있습니다.
대부분의 게임(히든 프렌즈, 컬러타운, 머지포켓 등)은 게임 데이터가 기기에 로컬 저장되며, 앱 삭제 시 영구적으로 삭제됩니다.
“마구마구 키우기”를 제외한 게임의 데이터는 앱 삭제 후 복구할 수 없습니다.
("마구마구 키우기”의 경우, 사용자가 게임 내 옵션/설정에서 데이터 저장 기능을 명시적으로 활성화한 경우에만 데이터가 보존될 수 있습니다.)
주식회사 코지캣은 계정 기반 또는 클라우드 저장 기능을 명시적으로 제공하고 활성화하지 않는 한 데이터 복구를 보장하지 않습니다.
4.2 계정 삭제
앱 내 계정 삭제 기능이 제공되는 경우, 사용자는 앱을 통해 직접 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
해당 기능이 제공되지 않는 경우, [email protected] 로 문의하여 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
계정 삭제 시:
합리적인 본인 확인 절차가 요구될 수 있으며, 삭제는 영구적이며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
게임 진행도, 가상 아이템 및 관련 데이터는 영구 삭제될 수 있습니다.
법령상 보존이 요구되는 일부 데이터는 예외적으로 보관될 수 있습니다.
당사는 본 약관을 위반한 계정을 정지 또는 종료할 수 있습니다.
5. 사용자 콘텐츠
서비스가 사용자 콘텐츠 제출을 허용하는 경우:
